Since 1981, ULTRAPAVE has been leading the way in developing and manufacturing high-performance asphalt additives for highways, streets, airports and parking lots. As the demand for longer-lasting pavements have increased, ULTRAPAVE has responded by engineering special additives that prolong the life of highway pavements, thus becoming a critical cost effective tool in developing safer, longer lasting roadways.
Life cycle performance studies conducted over the past 20 years have shown that ULTRAPAVE Polymers add 45 to 50% additional life to highway pavements. Repeated laboratory and field tests have also demonstrated the advantages of ULTRAPAVE additives over other types of asphalt modifiers.

Working closely with various federal and state agencies, ULTRAPAVE has developed a comprehensive line-up of additives that perform in a wide range of environments.
ULTRAPAVE’s SBR polymers improve asphalt paving materials by increasing their resistance to high temperature rutting, low temperature cracking and load-related fatigue. These polymers minimize the effects of aging, reduced stripping and raveling resulting in longer lasting and safer highways with lower maintenance cost.
Another premier product is ULTRACOTE, which extends pavement life with a tough moisture barrier. This polymeric anti-strip system is effective, easy to apply, and safe to handle. ULTRACOTE is another example of how ULTRAPAVE leads the way in developing effective and cost efficient solutions for asphalt pavements.
