One-Package Durogan® System

The patented One-Package Durogan System is the first of its kind on the market. It offers carpet and scatter rug manufacturers a one-step, non-skid product that is embossable and washable. Because the cure package is an integral part of the compound, no mixing of secondary chemical additives is necessary. This eliminates the need for purchasing, storing and mixing the curing package.

The new "no-mix" system saves measuring and mixing time, and it the chance of potential errors in the mixing process. One-Package Durogan System also helps reduce waste generated in clean-up at the end of each production run.

It was developed in Textile Rubber's latex laboratory over the past two years and has been extensively tested in the lab and the field. The new system is now in full commercialization, and we are producing and shipping it to customers.

One-Package Durogan System can be used in conjunction with other types of latex and foam products. It also meets or exceeds the performance standards of other Durogan latex products.
