Technical Services Department

The Technical Services Department is comprised of six representatives who spend a majority of their time at customers' plants helping assure peak performance of our coating products as well as maximum efficiency of the customers' coating equipment. More than a hundred years of experience and dedication to carpet manufacturing and latex compounding assure the customer of quick and effective response to any technical problem occurring at the coating operation. Technical Service also routinely monitors the performance of the coating ovens, including temperature and tenter, to obtain optimal output, and the Department assists plant maintenance personnel in the proper servicing of all latex-related equipment.

Besides solving problems and helping achieve peak efficiency, our Technical Services Department teams up with our laboratory and sales force to develop ideas for product improvement and in running trials of new products. It also assists customers in the design and improvement of their coating equipment and of their overall coating operations. Their daily presence at the plants also help assure that our customers have continuous contact with our company, even when a salesman might not be available.
