Specialized Products

In addition to our standard latex products, we develop specialized latex compounds to make manufacturing processes run better and products perform better. By taking advantage of new technology and changing markets, we have achieved many successful product innovations, including a new moisture barrier compound, a new sizing compound for woven rugs; and Tex-a-Grip®, a unique compound for area and scatter rugs.

Another Textile Rubber innovation, the Tillotson Applicator Machine, provides a high performance coating system. Its patented process is unsurpassed in applying a uniform, even latex coating to the carpet's secondary backing.
